•• What is your professional goal?
Initially, I thought: I come, I get a job, I was also fresh out of school and trying to find my way in the workplace. Of course, like any young person, I wanted to move up. I ended up in the quality department and now I want to grow as much as possible within the department.

•• What does it mean to you to work in our community, together with my colleagues in Aramis Group?
I can honestly say that I got a great group. At first I also worked a little in production and then I went to the quality area. In both areas I met people who were more than okay. I was able to integrate easily, so I am also an open person.

•• What are your expectations from your workplace, especially since you have already worked in several departments?
I want to grow in my department, I like it here. But I think everyone would like more in terms of salary, that is, if I had a ‘more motivating’ salary I wouldn’t say no – I wouldn’t have any choice, right?
But people, in general, have to want more from life. And then also from the workplace.

•• What was the biggest challenge you overcame in the quality department?
I don’t know if it’s known, but I’m a Romanian citizen of Roma ethnicity. When you start a new job you wonder if you’ll be judged or not. But I think I imposed that on myself more. But I repeat, I had an open mind.

•• What was the biggest achievement since you’ve been working in the CTC department?
I don’t know if there was one in particular or which was the biggest, but there are several. For example, now the new range is being made for spring mattresses / foam mattresses. I can say that I contributed – to checking mattresses, covers, springs, everything related to a mattress.

•• How easy are quality standards to implement in Aramis Group?
Relatively easy, I would say. We work with FSC certified suppliers, that means controlled wood – that’s an example. There are various norms that we implement and we are open – that is, I didn’t have problems with not being listened to or with barriers being put up.
